About the Role:
LI-Remote

Location: Santiago, Chile

Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key HCPs and medical experts within Oncology
- Provide high-quality scientific exchange, translating complex clinical data into clear, impactful insights
- Support market readiness and successful adoption of key therapies through scientific engagement
- Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights from the field to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and other teams to ensure aligned execution
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support scientific leadership and strategy
- Deliver presentations and training on clinical and scientific data to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Novartis policies and ethical standards

Essential Requirements:




- Proven experience in Oncology (mandatory)
- Strong scientific background with ability to interpret and communicate clinical data
- Experience in medical affairs, MSL, or related scientific field roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex scientific concepts
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional mindset
- Fluent in English

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working with nuclear medicine / radioligand therapies
- Previous experience engaging with top-tier oncology experts in Chile
