Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with product and technology teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Create process flows, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps,



and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and operations teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Support the planning, testing, and implementation of new platform features and process improvements.
- Validate solutions against business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
- Monitor key performance indicators and help evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and organized business and technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
