Position Overview

This role requires strong leadership, project-management expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors,



consultants, suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress against schedules, budgets, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Review construction plans, technical drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate resolution of construction issues.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimates, purchase requirements, and financial controls.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
