We're looking for a Regional Manager to join our team
Requirements:
Experience in iGaming with a specific GEO (CL) / market (LATAM).
A thorough understanding of the market: competitors, communities, local channels, and audience characteristics.
Experience in affiliate, marketing, operations, project management, or related fields.
Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
ESP & ENG speaker (ru will be a plus).
Presente residence in Chile.
Responsibilities:
Monitor competitors, user behavior, local trends,
and relevant ecosystem updates for the assigned GEO.
Prepare structured research inputs, tracking reports, and basic recommendations for internal teams.
Support local relevance checks for campaigns, content, and market-facing materials.
Identify and frame regulatory, reputational, competitive, or partnership risks early.
Coordinate repetitive or support-related requests with shared testers when required.
Escalate important findings, blockers, or uncertainties to a Country Manager.
Building a useful local network of affiliates, partners, PSPs, and market contacts.
