On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Procurement Specialist.

Responsibilities
Organizing bidding activities. Draft, run and finalize RFx processes including driving negotiations, formalizing contracts, supplier selection, qualifying new suppliers, operating and archiving all relevant in related systems.
Compliance processes, Procurement planning and monitoring, etc.
Routine communication and management of the existing suppliers;
Developing procurement strategies and solutions;
Procurement contract preparation and contract management;
Analyzing procurement requirements and industry market, finding potential suppliers, gaining competitive advantages, and ensuring the effectiveness of implemented procurement strategies.
Identifying the risks of procurement environment changes, establishing and implementing the risk prevention solutions, and ensuring the service stability.

Qualifications
At least three years of procurement experience,



delivery project experience and commercial negotiation experience are preferred. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
Fluent written and verbal communication in English is essential. Chinese language skills would be a plus.
Long-term and strategic mindset, ability to influence cross-department decision-making, ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, as well as good executional capabilities. Good business sensitivity and analytical skills as well as strong project management capabilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to plan, prioritize and execute major projects independently.
