Position Overview:

Lead the Business Excellence Program and the PMO routines in CPS Chile across the Supply Chain to develop capability in the process for increasing customer satisfaction, as well as reducing complexity and operating costs of the Organization.

This position assures the effectiveness of project management and the execution of the productivity initiatives according to the Plant strategic priorities,empowering our employees to challenge the status quo, make improvements, experiment and adapt, so we can grow together and add value to The Coca-Cola System.

Applies Lean, Agile, program management and change management methodologies to lead optimization of current and future processes, improving value added to the supply chain and quality, driving down cost, leading process and technology improvement projects, supporting strategic planning, and building a culture of Growth. Acts as the key enabler for digital and operational transformation in the plant.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy: Collaborate on developing,



cascade and align on the business strategy and key priorities, to ensure that all employees are aware of how they contribute to success.
- Business Management Process: Develop and improve continuous management routines to sustain and improve business results such as PMO, Productivity Initiatives, through disciplined execution, timely actions and a continuous improvement environment.
- Systems and Processes Management: Assess and align business systems to work effectively, efficiently and flexibly across the organization. Leads the Plant Metrics Process to keep on track TIER Metrics, identifying opportunities to work with the different areas.
- Capability building: Build capabilities across all functions on business management, agility and growth culture, operational excellence, innovation and digital, with a high level of engagement to deliver great results.
