We are looking for our next Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Chile.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the relationship with internal and external customers
- Develop local value proposition
- Develop local savings plan focusing on corporative standards
- Contract Administrator for ADM vendors
- Responsible of process and company protocols
- Ensure successful business control and compliance into corporative platforms/systems
- Office Services Administration
- First Line of help, contact and/or information for any inquiry
- Special care with visitors and customers (foreigners and locals)

Who We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in administrative, office support, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic English proficiency
- Residing in San Antonio or nearby areas

- Has strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Communicates effectively with both internal and external customers
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
