Job Description
Albemarle is hiring for AI Operations Analyst. This position is hybrid and located at Bengaluru, India.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical AI Operations Analyst to support and optimize enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Aisera, Moveworks, and similar conversational AI solutions.
In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, AI platform owners, and enterprise application teams to ensure AI solutions deliver reliable, accurate, secure, and business-aligned outcomes. You will be responsible for production support, incident management,



performance monitoring, analytics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI services.
You will work closely with stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Services, SAP, Workday, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms to drive AI adoption, improve user experience, and maximize business value.
What You Will Do
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 operational support for enterprise AI chatbot and Copilot platforms, ensuring availability, performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, production issues, and integration failures across AI and connected enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot chatbot responses, conversation flows, prompts, knowledge sources, and data retrieval issues to improve solution effectiveness.
