Job Summary

United Riders is seeking a qualified and service-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide professional assistance to members, riders, community partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer, member, and stakeholder inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about United Riders programs, activities, services, and initiatives.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and service-related issues.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
- Use CRM, databases, spreadsheets, or other systems to manage customer information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved.
- Coordinate with program, operations, volunteer, and community teams to address customer needs.
- Assist members and participants with registration, scheduling, documentation, and program-related inquiries.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to management.
- Prepare basic customer service reports and maintain organized documentation.
- Handle customer and organizational information with appropriate confidentiality.
- Support a welcoming and professional experience for riders, volunteers, and community partners.
