About the Role

KeepingCount and Ximplifi are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a remote accounting team while managing a portfolio of U.S.based clients across multiple industries, including real estate, short-term rentals, property management, e-commerce, life sciences, and professional services.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines client relationship management, accounting oversight, team development, and operational excellence. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring your team consistently delivers accurate financials, exceptional service, and timely results.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and support Staff and Senior Accountants

Review team deliverables and provide coaching to ensure accuracy and quality

Support training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development

Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
