- Job Responsibilities:
As a Technical Product Engineer for the B2C Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional technical/engineering support to our customers. You will be supported by the B2C Technical Lead with guidance, support, and supervision in your role.
While maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, you will respond promptly, and within the company’s Service Level Agreement (SLA). While providing support,
you will utilize up-selling and cross-selling to promote Progressive Automations products.
The TPE may collaborate closely with colleagues as necessary, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment. Documenting and communicating website, datasheet and product issues to the Technical Lead will show strong attention to detail.

- Required Skills and Experience:
