Purpose:
The Scrum master will work in a cross-country environment supporting the Cluster Commercial Team, nonetheless, working in a regional landscape. they is responsible for implementing a new Agile ways of working in the Medical Devices Commercial teams and will play an important role by mentoring and partnering with the Product Owners and the SQUAD members in order to offer solutions that match our external client´s strategic needs, ensuring the creation of value journeys that on a long-term basis, ensure the right offering, with the right methodology to get to the right customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the Agile process and ceremonies as well as facilitate and conduct the commercial SQUADs continuous improvements.
