Robert Half is seeking a VP of Product Management to develop and deliver the product vision that aligns with our company’s business goals and helps drive the transformation to an AI-enabled, digitally driven organization. Reporting to the CTO, the VP will work closely with Robert Half executives and Talent Solutions leadership, as well as the Business Transformation team, to help maintain Robert Half’s role as a dominate player in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, develop, motivate and mentor a team of product managers.
- Provide vision, leadership, coaching, training, and accountability to team members.
- Lead the definition of the product management process, as part of the Applications, Technology and Innovation department leadership team.
- Provide hands-on product management to support the business.
- Mentor individuals and foster a team that is driven to succeed.
- Champion consistent product development processes and documentation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams,
and product design/UX to drive requirements clarity and make scope tradeoff decisions.
- Champion and execute on roadmaps to committed delivery dates.
- Understand and define the appropriate end-to-end processes prior to embarking on product and technology enhancements.
- Implement, update, and report on product and project KPIs through our internal analytics capabilities.
- Develop resourcing plans and budgets, manage timing and execution of projects, and forecast resource capacity.
- Provide executive level and internal team updates and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature specifications, collecting/resolving requirements from all relevant partners, and making implementation and resource trade-off decisions.
