This role aims to meet the level of services of the Customer Service area through constant monitoring of the activities that are developed related to the management of customer orders from their entry to invoicing; of, must coordinate administrative, service and contracting activities ensuring the quality of the service.

Job Duties
- Coordinate alignments with the Commercial Manager to ensure compliance with sales and service orders based on the company's strategy.
- Responsible for the supervision of the Customer Service area and the Customer Service Assistant.
- Supervise and control virtual warehouses surgery, consignments, consignment replenishment and early delivery.




- Sales team billing.
- Manage new consignments.
- Coordinate and control consignment inventories.
- Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP with a warehouse according to assigned portfolio until their invoicing.
- Support and resolution of internal and external customer queries.
- Management of purchase order portals (except Public Market)
- Control and management of customer complaints.
- Reverse logistics of orders dispatched under the concept of "Surgeries" in ERP, reception and review of products physically.

Job Qualifications

Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in similar roles.
- Extensive experience in the management of work teams and customer service.
- Effective communication.
- Organization.
- Time management.
- Troubleshooting.
- Teamwork.
- Detail orientation.

Preferred:
- Studies in the area of business administration, engineering and/or logistics (desirable).
