We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service & Admin Assistant to provide excellent customer support while assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks. The idóneo candidate is a strong communicator who can manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, coordinate schedules, and support internal teams while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer questions and concerns.
Handle customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional and empathetic manner.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling requests.
Organize and maintain digital files, documents, records, and databases.
Perform data entry and update customer and administrative information.




Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
Monitor administrative tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate information and requests between customers, internal teams, and external contacts.
Assist with invoices, expenses, orders, and other administrative processes when required.
Support onboarding, internal projects, and other operational activities.
Identify recurring customer or administrative issues and communicate them to the appropriate teams.
Maintain confidentiality when handling customer, employee, and company information.
