Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure all GL and bank accounts are analyzed, reconciled, validated and appropriate actions are taken.
Manage fixed assets accounting, certification, regular verifications and reconciliation.
Manage regular reconciliation of the asset register, ensuring support to management verification of asset.
Manage invoicing, vendor management and other related workstreams.
Supervise the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing for expenses
Be responsible for the company's business income, costs and expense, handling the company's daily accounts, banking, management of local tax agency for tax returns and other related works.
Conduct the financial management of overseas project (wind power project), project budget execution, and report to the Group Finance Department timely and accurately.
Provide guidance and direct support to project executive team, in the provision of transactional and advisory.
Designs and assists in change management activities as part of the execution/implementation of process improvements




Maintain a good communication and cooperation with local offices, banks, taxation, and government departments to ensure the operation of daily financial work successfully.
Complete and meet the other temporary localized work and finish other works which order by higher authority.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above, major in finance or accounting.
Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
ACCA/AICPA/CMA is preferred.
Have accounting background, with local taxpayer’s practical experience.
3+ years experiences in accounting and finance management.
Proficient in financial and Office software, priority for having practical experience in Oracle and SAP system.
Be familiar with local accounting system, tax-related policies, with vigente tax work experience.
Have ability to independent thinking, complete work independently, with pioneering spirit.
