We’re Hiring | Senior Account Manager – Telecommunications
looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive strategic business development and strengthen key customer relationships within Chile’s telecommunications sector
Your Challenge
As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving account growth and developing long-term commercial opportunities around telecommunications infrastructure and network solutions.
You will work closely with customers internal technical and business teams to identify opportunities, solutions, manage complex commercial processes, and successfully bring strategic proposals to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for strategic telecommunications accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders across technology, network, planning, and operations areas.
- Identify new business opportunities related to mobile network infrastructure and technology evolution.
- Lead complex commercial opportunities throughout the full sales cycle,



from opportunity identification and solution positioning to negotiation and closing.
- Understand customer investment priorities, network evolution plans to anticipate future business opportunities.
- Develop compelling value propositions combining technology, commercial competitiveness, operational efficiency, and long-term customer value.
- Maintain strong market awareness and provide insights regarding customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry developments.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 6years of experience in the telecommunications industry, business development, or commercial leadership
- Strong knowledge of the Chilean telecom market, solid experience managing strategic accounts, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
