Role Description The Ingeniero de Redes Especialista en Ecosistema WatchGuard is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Santiago Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. This role focuses on designing, implementing,



and maintaining network infrastructures centered on the WatchGuard ecosystem, including firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and administering network devices, monitoring performance and security events, and performing proactive troubleshooting to ensure high availability and resilience. The specialist collaborates with internal teams and clients to define network requirements, implement secure architectures, and document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. The role also involves staying current with WatchGuard product updates and best practices, providing technical guidance, and supporting continuous improvement of network security and reliability.
