As an Associate Manager, Implementation at Uber for Business, you will own the implementation process within your region. Your team will work closely with Account Executives and clients to customize and drive the implementation strategy for our Enterprise, Mid Market, and SMB accounts. They will execute the strategy from launch through the initial 90 days post-sale with the goal of maximizing end-user adoption and usage. The Implementation Team's product expertise makes them uniquely qualified to consult with customers, provide recommendations, and create a partnership experience that focuses on mutually beneficial initiatives that drive expansion. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure we are maximizing revenue for both new and existing customers.
This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of either Santiago or Buenos Aires 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday). We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.
What You'll Do
Manage a team of Implementation Leads located in Argentina and Chile.
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to manage launch expectations and track adoption and usage through the early customer lifecycle, specifically the first 90 days post-sale
Map the processes of implementation, identifying roadblocks and solutions to meet the needs of each market or account type
Create Salesforce reports to manage the implementation pipeline and also provide insight metrics on how to drive performance.
Develop and maintain playbooks and performance trackers to support team performance and scalability
Work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales Operations to resolve issues and implement solutions
Create and localize client-facing materials such as presentation decks, launch announcements, and enablement materials for different markets in your region
