OBJETIVO DEL CARGO / JOB STATEMENT
The Manager,
SAM Operational Management & Performance is the analytical backbone and management-system owner for the South America Regional Operating Hub. The role supports a multi-country, multi-plant network across Chile, Peru and Brazil by owning the regional operating cadence, performance governance, reporting, process standardisation, continuous improvement and operational-audit framework.
The role converts operational challenges into structured scenarios, business cases and recommendations for the VP and plant leadership. It does not replace line decision accountability; it strengthens the analysis, governance, follow-up and sustainability required to make consistent decisions and implement approved changes across the SAM network.
