Our HR Partners in the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) care deeply about the employee experience, proactively listening to Builder sentiment, and serving as a connector between Builders, managers, and HRBPs.

This role supports AWS Builders across LATAM, spanning both Corporate and Data Center environments. You will travel weekly to sites within your cluster to maintain a visible, field-based presence through Gemba Go See walks and direct Builder engagement. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

You will collaborate with Business Leaders, Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs, and partner teams to design, implement, and deploy HR strategies across talent management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.



A core differentiator of this role is leveraging Builder listening mechanisms to proactively monitor and analyze sentiment trends, delivering regular insights and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners.

Key job responsibilities

Builder Advocacy & Engagement
- Leverage Builder sentiment data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to site leadership and HRBPs.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop strategies focused on the Builder experience - Conduct weekly Gemba Go See (GGS) walks to stay connected to the frontline experience.
- Foster and role model an inclusive environment for all Builders.

HR Consulting & Leadership Development
- Coach and develop site leadership on talent management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Serve as first point of escalation for Builder concerns, exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
