- Technical Excellence: Act as the primary representative of the Engineering team in the field, conducting inspections, wear analysis, technical validations, and data gathering to identify improvement opportunities, resolve operational issues, and ensure proper feedback for product development.
- Agile Flexibility: This role is designed to be where the operation happens. You will have the autonomy to organize your schedule, maintaining a strong focus on on‑site technical support and a close connection with the Engineering team.
The Challenge
- Execute technical inspections, wear assessments, and mill liner scanning activities during shutdowns and operational campaigns.
- Gather critical technical data on‑site and act as a liaison with the Central Engine
