- Lead and develop the product management function for assigned products and initiatives.

- Contribute to MVPs, proof of concepts, and fast-win initiatives that generate measurable impact.

- Apply agile methodologies and frameworks to support product development and delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact between product and technology teams and contribute to product innovation.
- Support evaluation and potential adoption of emerging technologies,

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Product Management, including experience in a people leadership/managerial role with direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across product, technology, and commercial areas.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to connect product decisions to user needs and overall value proposition.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to be direct, executive, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to operate effectively in environments with legacy technologies while helping teams evolve toward modern product practices.
