We are looking for a professional to lead our Administration and Finance Department with ample motivation to grow together with our young organization in the Country...

Responsibilities

- Lead the Administrative and Financial control of our organization.
- Lead the transition of Administration and Finance processes (currently Outsourcing) towards 100% internal management.
- Design, propose and implement new processes and procedures for optimal execution of Administration and Finance tasks.
- Communicate actively and effectively with business and operational areas, for optimal compliance with financial and administrative goals.
- Direct report to General Manager.

Requirements

- Higher studies in areas of Administration and/or Finance.




- Work experience in leadership positions in Administration and/or Finance areas.
- English language proficiency: medium-high oral and written communication skills (Exclusive, will be controlled in interviews).
- Knowledge of IFRS financial reporting principles (desirable).
