About the Role

Our client (UGREEN) is a consumer goods company expanding its retail presence in Chile. We're looking for an experienced Retail Channel & Key Account Manager to lead client development and channel strategy across the country. This role manages annual partnership negotiations with national retail groups, oversees both online and offline channel operations, and drives sell-through performance.

You'll work cross-functionally with our headquarters teams in sales, product, supply chain, marketing, and finance to bring our product strategy to the local Chilean market.

What You'll Do

Retail Partnerships & Channel Management

- Develop and negotiate annual partnership agreements with major Chilean retail groups, including terms on listing fees, rebate structures, fulfillment rates, returns, and promotional investment
- Manage both 1P (self-operated) and 3P (marketplace) channel strategy, including platform content, page maintenance, and campaign participation
- Plan and execute promotional calendars around key Chilean shopping periods (CyberDay, Fiestas Patrias, Black Friday, Christmas)
- Track sell-out data and inventory levels, and own replenishment and promotional adjustments to drive sell-through

Distributor & Agency Management

- Recruit, contract, and manage local distributors and importers to cover indirect retail accounts
- Negotiate agency terms, including pricing, credit terms, authorization scope, and inventory/price protection policies
- Monitor order pacing and account status, working with finance to support healthy inventory and on-time payments

Market Insight & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Produce regular market analysis covering competitor activity, pricing trends, and channel dynamics
- Recommend product selection, pricing, and localization strategies to headquarters based on local market needs




- Support channel partners with marketing resources to improve in-store displays and brand presentation
- Own monthly/quarterly sales forecasting and target tracking
- Collaborate across time zones with integral sales, product, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account development within the Chilean or broader South American retail industry
- Experience managing accounts with major national retail groups in Chile's department store, supermarket, or big-box retail segments strongly preferred
- Background in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, 3C/Digital, or FMCG categories preferred
- Experience building retail or distributor channels from the ground up, ideally for a brand entering the Chilean or Latin American market
- Working knowledge of the Chilean e-commerce ecosystem (e.g., Falabella.com, MercadoLibre, Paris.cl), including platform rules and mega-promotion processes
- Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking sell-out, inventory turnover, and sell-through data
- Experience negotiating distributor/agency contracts, including credit terms and accounts receivable management
- Comfort with cross-time-zone collaboration with an international headquarters team
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and trade shows; driver's license preferred
- Prior experience developing Latin American retail channels for a Chinese consumer brand is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: CLP $1,900,000–$4,700,000/month, commensurate with experience
