As a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) in our Commercial Finance team at Roche Diagnostics Chile, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to the local Sales and Marketing teams. Working alongside a collaborative team of FEPs and reporting to the FEP Lead,



your mission will be to drive strategic commercial decision-making, optimize profitability, and balance resource allocation to ensure the sustainable growth of our business and maximize patient impact.
About the opportunity: Act as a key commercial finance partner, building robust pricing models and profitability strategies in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. Provide strategic advice on resource allocation across competing priorities and evaluate the financial implications of proposed business activities. Propose and execute P&L; improvement initiatives, identifying upselling opportunities, efficiency gains, risk mitigation strategies, and process enhancements.
