We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Contract Manager to support the full lifecycle of contracts associated with the construction and delivery of a mission‑critical Data Center project. This role is idóneo for a contracting professional with experience in real estate, industrial, or infrastructure projects, who is ready to contribute to a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
The Contract Manager will work closely with procurement, construction, legal, finance, and project controls teams to ensure contractual compliance, optimal performance, and alignment with project objectives. This position plays an essential role in safeguarding commercial interests, mitigating risks, managing contractor interfaces, and maintaining robust contract governance throughout the project.
