We're building a profitable, scalable ecosystem — and our vision is to become the #1 partner for retailers to grow their eCommerce business.The Role:This role is responsible for owning the P&L; and driving the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability.
The Operations Manager will oversee a large, fast-moving operation, leading teams on the ground, managing client relationships, and implementing processes to guarantee top performance.




Success in this role requires a combination of strong analytical and leadership skills, hands-on execution, and the ability to partner closely with our client to scale results and deliver impact.What you will doLead end-to-end picking, packing, and last-mile delivery operations for one of Zubale's most important clients in Chile.Ensure an outstanding client experience, supporting their daily operations.Act as a strategist to design and implement processes that drive operational excellence and profitability.Manage the P&L; by client, store, region, product -, monitoring KPIs and controlling costs.Lead and inspire a logistics and operations team, ensuring flawless execution and scalable results.What we are looking forProfessional degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
+5 years of experience in similar operations roles in face-paced environments.Strong client management and interpersonal skills.Proven knowledge of financial concepts (P&L;, billing, budgets, collections).
Experience in retail operations or logistics services.Track record in team leadership and managing diverse teams.Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas and pivot tables).
