Role Description The Senior Planner will lead strategic planning across key accounts, translating brand essence into clear insights, positioning, and creative briefs. This full-time, on-site role in Santiago involves conducting market, consumer, and cultural research, synthesizing data into actionable strategies,



and guiding internal teams through brand definition and campaign development. The Senior Planner will collaborate closely with creatives, account leads, and producers to ensure consistent, insight-driven storytelling across channels and markets. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, presenting strategic recommendations to clients, and monitoring campaign performance to refine strategies over time. The role also involves mentoring junior planners and contributing to the continuous improvement of DAf’s strategic methodologies.

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, including brand positioning, architecture, and development of brand foundations.
Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research, insight generation, and analysis of consumer, market, and cultural trends.
