As a Contract Manager (Responsable de Gestión de Contratos ) you will:

Key responsibilities:
Follow and ensure on time, on quality and on cost the execution of contracts related to new helicopters and its after sales services (including maintenance).
Coordinate and follow execution of tasks and activities with MRO center and Airbus Training Academy.
Report to top management the status of complex contracts.
Manage internal, external and transnational stakeholders including contract reviews with customers.




Coordinate with headquarters to prepare aircraft orders according to the sale contracts.
Prepare final delivery of aircraft including preparation of certificates and related contractual documentation.
Support offers preparation and the build of commercial balances for after sale services including maintenance inspections and retrofit.
Support commercial and finance departments for the invoicing process.
Follow up and conduct lessons learned related to contracts in execution.
Collaborate with delivery surveys & customer satisfaction action plans.
Foster continuous improvement within commercial and transversal processes.
Requirements:
Experience in aeronautical industry & project management.
Financial proficiency.
Industrial, Aeronautical or Commercial engineering degree.
Spanish and English mandatory (to be tested during the interview process).
Proactive, high communication, organization and multi-tasking skills.
