Application Engineer Oracle OSM Senior para integrarse al servicio AMS de Fulfillment que operamos para Entel en Chile y Perú. La posición tiene un fuerte foco en soporte y sostenimiento de la plataforma Oracle OSM, asegurando la continuidad operacional de los procesos de orquestación y provisión de servicios de telecomunicaciones.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia comprobable en ambientes productivos, capaces de diagnosticar y resolver incidentes complejos, implementar correcciones y contribuir a la estabilidad de una plataforma crítica para el negocio.

Funciones Principales

Atender incidentes L2/L3 relacionados con Oracle OSM dentro de los SLA definidos por el servicio.
Realizar anÃlisis de causa raíz y proponer soluciones definitivas para incidentes recurrentes.
Implementar correcciones sobre cartridges, procesos de orquestación, automatizaciones y componentes Java de OSM.
