About the Role:
To enable the rapid deployment of digital solutions we have established Digital Factories made up of multi-disciplinary, non-hierarchical teams with one focus: delivering digital solutions that improve the productivity of our mining operations across the global.

The Role
This individual is a personal coach for team members and an innovator pursuing continuous improvement, with the aim of maximising team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Agile Delivery Manager to improve the ways of working and develop the Agile Mindset in the Digital Factory
- Lead the improvement initiatives for the Agile Delivery Team.
- Ensure agile standards are met across all product teams.
- Provide ongoing facilitation and coaching that enables the team to excel at Agile development in a DevOps delivery environment.
- Building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and teams to drive the successful delivery of medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release
- Facilitate discussions leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team
- Coach and empower product teams to take accountability for delivery, risk and issue
