Scrum Master (Security) at BairesDev In this role, you'll guide agile delivery for a team working in the security space, keeping sprints focused and momentum steady. Your familiarity with security workflows lets you understand the unique context behind the team's priorities, anticipate friction points, and support the team effectively. What You'll Do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and support team velocity and delivery predictability.
- Support backlog refinement with an understanding of security team priorities.
- Foster collaboration between security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
- Strong background in security.
- Familiarity with AppSec.
- Fluency in DevSecOps, vulnerability management, or cloud security domains.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
