Prevencionista de Riesgos

- Responsable de planificar, implementar y controlar la gestión preventiva en el Proyecto de obra subterránea, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa legal, los estándares de Ferrovial y los requerimientos del mandante. Su función principal es proteger la seguridad y salud de trabajadores, contratistas y subcontratistas, promoviendo una cultura preventiva y la mejora continua en un contexto de infraestructura subterránea de alta exigencia.

Principales funciones

- Identificar peligros, evaluar riesgos y mantener actualizada la matriz de riesgos.
- Supervisar trabajos críticos en túneles, excavaciones, altura, izaje y espacios confinados.
- Gestionar permisos de trabajo y verificar la aplicación de procedimientos de trabajo seguro.
- Realizar inspecciones en terreno y controlar el uso de EPP y las condiciones de seguridad.
- Investigar incidentes, accidentes y cuasi accidentes, definiendo acciones correctivas.
- Elaborar reportes e indicadores HSE para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
- Ejecutar inducciones, capacitaciones y campañas de sensibilización.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento preventivo de empresas subcontratistas.
- Apoyar auditorías,



fiscalizaciones, planes de emergencia y simulacros.
- Coordinar acciones con Metro, R&Q;, organismos administradores, autoridades y Comité Paritario.

Requisitos principales

- Título de Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos o carrera afín. También podrán postular profesionales de Ingeniería o Construcción Civil con un postítulo en Prevención de Riesgos de al menos 1.000 horas pedagógicas.
- Registro vigente como Experto en Prevención de Riesgos ante la SEREMI de Salud.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en construcción o infraestructura, idealmente en obra civil pesada, túneles, metro u obras subterráneas.
- Experiencia trabajando con subcontratistas, mandantes y múltiples frentes de obra.
- Conocimiento de la normativa chilena de seguridad y salud ocupacional y de sistemas de gestión bajo ISO 45001.
- Manejo intermedio-avanzado de Microsoft Office y plataformas de gestión documental HSE.
- Deseables certificaciones en trabajo en altura, espacios confinados, primeros auxilios, RCP e ISO 45001.
