Position Overview

Maxcomp is looking for a confident and motivated Call Centre Sales Representative to join our team in Santiago and Copiapo. The primary responsibility of this position is making outbound sales calls, following up with potential customers, promoting products and services, and scheduling appointments. Excellent English communication skills and a positive, professional attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and marketing campaigns.
- Promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and answer questions.
- Schedule appointments and sales calls.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.




- Follow up with interested customers and move leads through the sales process.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent English is required.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional personality.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
- Previous call centre, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
