At FedEx, we are currently seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to join our Customer Experience team, leading our customer service operation, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving team performance, process improvement, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer service activities, developing and coaching team members, monitoring service quality, and implementing initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and business results. Your leadership will be key to fostering a customer-centric culture and delivering outstanding service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop customer solutions teams.
Oversee customer service operations and service quality performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and reporting.
Manage resources, projects, and departmental objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of relevant leadership experience.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
Experience leading teams in a customer-focused environment.
