About This Role

This position is part of the Information and Technology organization, and is a full-time, permanent, hybrid/remote position. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, the Global Atlassian Administrator will oversee our Euronet subscription for all entities and users. As part of a General Administrator team, ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting and managing our entire Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software,



Confluence, and other products) and work with multi-disciplinary teams across our organization to improve performance and stability of our sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

Administrate Atlassian products across all Euronet entities.
Provide support and advanced troubleshooting to all Euronet entities.
Maintain, administer, upgrade, and enhance JIRA and integrations with other tools or plugins.
Perform regular site cleanup activities following Atlassian’s best practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex solutions.
Develop and maintain templates, complex workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes.
Manage user and groups permission based on the needs of projects, teams or products.
Develop training materials and deliver training to power users, product owners or specific audiences.
