Role Description The Owner is a full-time, on-site role based in Santiago, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the destination’s strategic direction, operations, and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include defining long-term vision, setting business goals, and making key decisions on investment, partnerships, and expansion opportunities. The Owner supervises operational performance, including visitor experience, event programming, facility maintenance, and safety standards, while working closely with managers to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with automotive manufacturers, collectors, sponsors, and community stakeholders, as well as guiding marketing initiatives and revenue strategies. The Owner is also accountable for financial oversight, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations.
Proven business acumen,



including strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making in a commercial environment.
Background in hospitality, events, automotive, or related industries, with a clear understanding of customer experience and service excellence.
Ability to develop partnerships and represent the destination with external stakeholders, sponsors, and high-profile clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is highly beneficial.
Comfortable working on-site in Santiago and engaging directly with staff, visitors, and partners on a daily basis.
Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to innovate in experiential and automotive-focused offerings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced education or equivalent extensive experience is an advantage.
