Head of Growth - Aloha (Fintech, Travel, LatAm and US)

Aloha builds AI booking and money movement rails for the general travel economy. Two layers of our platform are live: real-time cross-border payments and AI operations software that runs our merchants' bookings, inventory, and pricing. We are revenue-generating, at breakeven, and hiring our first Head of Growth.

The mission
Own growth across the platform. Everything between "nobody knows us" and "qualified pipeline in front of sales" is yours: for payments and for our operations software, across LatAm and eventually the US.

This is not a single-product growth role. You will decide where growth dollars and effort go across the platform and its markets, build the engine, and then build the team that runs it.
What you will own
The full funnel and its numbers: CAC, conversion by stage, qualified pipeline per business line
Allocation across the platform: budget and channel strategy for payments and operations software, plus the launch motion for what we ship next
Our paid media agency:



audit it in your first 60 days and make the call to keep, restructure, or bring in-house
Channel experimentation: paid, SEO, outbound-assist, partnerships, and events, with a fast test-and-kill cadence
The reporting layer: founders see funnel health weekly, in numbers
The future growth team: you start solo, and you hire as the numbers justify it

What you will not own
Brand and design, content production, and deal closing have owners. You focus on demand, pipeline, and the growth organization.

What we are looking for
6+ years in growth or performance marketing, with B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments experience
You have led something: a team, an agency relationship, or a growth function, and you can show the results
You have also personally run paid campaigns and can audit an agency because you have done the work yourself
Portfolio mindset: comfortable prioritizing across business lines and markets with limi
