As part of the broader City Operations organization, the Marketplace team is responsible for driving user engagement and retention, while ensuring supply is allocated efficiently and on time to deliver a great experience for both Drivers and Passengers in the app.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support the development of strategies to improve driver and passenger engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Help design and implement initiatives to balance marketplace supply and demand more efficiently.
- Analyze data to understand day-to-day user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and competitive trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational KPIs through tools, programs, and data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and User Research to keep the user experience at the center of marketplace decisions.
