Salary:£22,000 GBP - £24,000 GBP base (depending on experience) + uncapped bonus | OTE £28,800 GBP

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated, commercially minded individual with solid experience in travel sales (typically 2+ years). Someone who genuinely loves sales and has a track record of converting enquiries into bookings while building trusted customer relationships. You’ll know how to bring a destination to life through your storytelling,



inspiring customers to picture themselves on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Ideally, you’ve sold holidays, cruises, or expeditions, and you’re excited about specialising in Antarctica — developing deep expertise and becoming a trusted destination specialist. You’ll be resilient, organised, and proactive — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while reflecting Swoop’s values of sustainability, adventure, and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities
- Travel Sales Experience - Solid experience in travel sales (typically 2+ years), with a strong track record of converting enquiries into bookings
- Storytelling & Influence - Brings destinations to life, inspiring customers through engaging conversations and persuasive communication
- Destination Expertise - Motivated to specialise in Antarctica, developing deep knowledge to inspire confidence in customers
- Customer Communication - Clear, confident
