Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager oversees the full regional sales management system for the Water Infrastructure segment. The role involves defining and executing sales strategies aligned with market dynamics, leading and coaching a regional sales team, and driving sustainable and profitable growth.

The role requires strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of industrial B2B solution sales, channel management expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix, multinational environment. Regular interaction with consulting engineers, end users, distributors, and internal stakeholders is essential.





Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably within infrastructure or water‑related markets.
- Proven regional sales leadership experience managing distributed teams and sales channels.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Strong background in solution‑based and project sales.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a strong advantage.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
