The Role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for our law firm clients
- Recruit paralegals, legal assistants, intake specialists, case managers, bookkeepers, and other support roles
- Source, screen, shortlist, and manage pipelines end to end
- Deeply understand each client’s law type, expectations, urgency, and personality
- Move fast without sacrificing standards

What You’ll Do
- Run sourcing across Latin America, Philippines, South Africa, and other general markets
- Assess mindset, urgency,



and ownership — not just resume experience
- Maintain multiple open roles at once without dropping momentum
- Partner with Operations and Client Success to ensure hiring aligns with retention
- Improve sourcing systems and recruiting efficiency continuously
- Keep pipelines organized, updated, and moving
