The Role

We're looking for a Lead Manager to be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out to sell their property. You'll own the front end of our sales pipeline—responding to new inquiries, following up consistently, and warming up leads for our acquisitions team.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, thrives on staying organized, and gets motivated by hitting goals.

What You'll Do

New Lead Management
- Review all new leads (incoming calls and form submissions) and make several attempts to contact them via call and text message
- follow-up call in the afternoon




- Move leads through the pipeline based on contact status and document all interactions
- After 20 contact attempts with no response, escalate to the acquisitions team for next steps

Warm Pipeline Management
- Re-engage leads who've gone quiet and work to restart conversations
- Document all discussions and coordinate handoffs when leads are ready to move forward
- Identify and remove dead leads (sold properties, opt-outs, etc.)

What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — Required
- A people person who's comfortable making calls and building rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and driven—you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using CRM systems and following structured processes
- Previous experience in sales, call centers, real estate, or customer service is a plus
