The Role:
We are looking for a solid Full Stack Engineer (Backend focus) to join our team with a specific mission: bridging the gap between innovative experimentation and scalable production. Your primary focus will be taking successful prototypes and high-impact features particularly those involving WhatsApp integrations and seamlessly embedding them into our core product architecture. You will work closely with our experimentation leads and the Director of Engineering to ensure that every new feature meets the highest standards of quality, security, and maintainability.

Responsibilities:
- WhatsApp Integration:



Lead the implementation and maintenance of robust WhatsApp API functionalities to ensure reliable communication flows.
- Productionizing Experiments: Take validated "MVP of the MVP" concepts and transform them into stable, scalable, and well-documented features within the main platform.
- Core Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services that serve as the foundation of our product.
- Engineering Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the experimentation team and the Director of Engineering to align technical hand-overs with product goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all new features meet rigorous standards through testing, code reviews, and adherence to software engineering best practices.

Requirements:
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Proven professional experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer (purely frontend profiles will not be considered).
