About the role
EXP Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our newly centralized Customer Service & Collections team. This role owns day-to-day customer support and collections activity for an assigned portfolio of accounts, working closely with Sales and Finance.
What you'll do
Respond to customer inquiries and provide day-to-day account support
Support vendor and customer onboarding
Perform credit checks and help maintain credit limits and account holds
Process invoice adjustments
Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts, following a standardized collections cadence and escalation process
Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service and collections required
Fluent English required, both written and spoken
Able to work Eastern Time business hours
Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts independently and taking ownership of outcomes
Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow standardized processes for credit checks, account holds, and collections cadence
