Roche Chile is seeking a Financial Controlling Specialist to oversee core financial controlling, reporting and accounting execution. You will report to the Country Finance Manager and collaborate with the Shared Services Center in Costa Rica and the LATAM Finance Team. Hybrid/on-site in Santiago.
You will drive monthly reporting, budgeting cycles, cost discipline, and governance while mentoring the finance trainee and supporting IFRS compliance and process improvements across the affiliate.
