We are looking for a

Senior QA Automation Engineer for a general financial technology organization. This role will help define quality strategy, modernize automation frameworks, and improve software quality across mission-critical financial systems.

Day to Day

- Build and maintain automation frameworks

- Test APIs, backend services, and payment workflows

- Improve release quality and CI/CD standards

- Support third-party integration testing

- Investigate production issues

- Mentor QA engineers

- Lead quality engineering discussions

Requirements

- 6-10+ years QA automation experience

- JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#

- API and UI automation experience

- SQL and relational database knowledge

- AWS experience

- CI/CD ownership

- Performance/load testing experience

- AI-assisted development/testing tool usage

- Payments, FX, or regulated industry background

- QA technical leadership experience

- Strong communication skills

Plusses

- Pact or contract testing experience

- Windows application testing

- Mobile automation

- Modernization program leadership

Salary: $38,000-$40,700
