About Aloha
Aloha builds AI booking and money movement rails for the general travel economy. Two layers of our platform are live, we're at breakeven, and we're building our creative team in Santiago.

The role
You'll be Aloha's content engine: you shoot it, edit it, animate it, and publish it. From product launch videos to explainers to daily social content, if it moves on a screen, it's yours.

Content planning is a team effort: you'll build the calendar together with our Brand & UX Lead and our Head of Growth, so what we produce serves both the brand and the funnel. You own production and speed.

You'll report to our Brand & UX Lead, who owns brand, tone and voice, and the quality bar.

What you'll do
Co-plan the content calendar with the Brand & UX Lead and Head of Growth: brand sets the voice, growth sets the demand priorities, you bring the format ideas and own the execution
Produce launch videos and product explainers: script support, shooting, editing, and motion graphics for every product release
Edit as a core discipline: short-form video for social, cutdowns, subtitles,



sound. Editing is a must for this role, not a nice-to-have
Motion graphics: animated explainers, UI walkthroughs, logo animations, and social templates (After Effects or equivalent)
Run our social channels: posting and community across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, showing what Aloha looks like from the inside
Build a content system: reusable templates and formats so output scales without sacrificing the brand
Use AI tools aggressively for speed: generation, editing assist, versioning. We care about output, not hours

What we're looking for
3+ years creating video content, with a portfolio that shows real editing and motion graphics work (this is the first thing we'll look at)
Fluent editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, and motion in After Effects or similar
You can shoot: comfortable with camera, lighting basics, and recording founders/team on the fly
Social-native: you understand what perform
