As a Contract Manager (Responsable de Gestión de Contratos ) you will:

Key responsibilities:
- Follow and ensure on time, on quality and on cost the execution of contracts related to new helicopters and its after sales services (including maintenance).
- Coordinate and follow execution of tasks and activities with MRO center and Airbus Training Academy.
- Report to top management the status of complex contracts.
- Manage internal, external and transnational stakeholders including contract reviews with customers.




- Coordinate with headquarters to prepare aircraft orders according to the sale contracts.
- Prepare final delivery of aircraft including preparation of certificates and related contractual documentation.
- Support offers preparation and the build of commercial balances for after sale services including maintenance inspections and retrofit.
- Support commercial and finance departments for the invoicing process.
- Follow up and conduct lessons learned related to contracts in execution.
- Collaborate with delivery surveys & customer satisfaction action plans.
- Foster continuous improvement within commercial and transversal processes.

Requirements:
- Experience in aeronautical industry & project management.
- Financial proficiency.
- Industrial, Aeronautical or Commercial engineering degree.
- Spanish and English mandatory (to be tested during the interview process).
- Proactive, high communication, organization and multi-tasking skills.
